Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ba99p platform available at ba99p.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered members, and any person who participates in any game, sporting event wager, promotion, or other activity offered by ba99p.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if registered, close your account by contacting our support team. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any deposits will be returned minus applicable processing fees. Winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

ba99p is operated for the Bangladesh market. Account Management

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ba99p will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any action taken on your account using your credentials — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your full responsibility unless you have notified ba99p of suspected unauthorised access prior to the activity occurring.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ba99p operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and fraud prevention obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the platform. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile banking statement dated within 90 days). 3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your ba99p account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ba99p currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Maximum single transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. ba99p reserves the right to impose individual account-level transaction limits based on account verification status, betting history, or risk assessment.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ba99p account within 30 seconds of confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two business hours to be credited. ba99p is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 30 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside of operating hours or during scheduled maintenance windows will be processed at the next available opportunity. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. ba99p reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on ba99p are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ba99p does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any payment made in a currency other than BDT will be subject to a currency conversion at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction, plus any fees charged by the payment provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional rewards offered by ba99p are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus terms in this section shall apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the relevant promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account automatically.

5.3 Eligible Games and Minimum Odds

Not all games or betting markets contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each wager, while live casino table games contribute between 10% and 25%, and certain games may contribute 0%. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

ba99p actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a bonus outcome (arbitrage), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, depositing solely to claim a bonus with no intention of genuine play, and systematic low-margin play designed to extract bonus funds without generating game revenue. Where bonus abuse is detected, ba99p reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, recover any withdrawn amounts associated with the abuse, and close the account permanently.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on ba99p are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform. ba99p reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to a pricing error, a data feed error, or where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placing the bet. Bets on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play betting markets are offered on selected events and are subject to suspension or closure at any time based on match events. ba99p uses real-time data feeds to update odds; however, due to the inherent latency in data transmission, there may be a short delay between an event occurring and odds being updated. ba99p reserves the right to void bets placed after a material event has occurred but before the market has been updated to reflect that event.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games offered through ba99p use certified random number generators supplied by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. ba99p does not alter RTP values from those certified by the game provider.

6.4 Technical Errors

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use.

Amendments & Termination

ba99p reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
